Kaslo's semolina and kamut recipe is made with durum semolina flour and organic kamut flour.  Fermented with natural sourdough culture.  This pasta is vegan, egg, dairy, and salt free.  Sourdough pasta cooks more quickly than regular pasta, so be sure to check tenderness as you cook. Each 560 gram bag makes about 7 servings.
