Fraserbench Farm, at Soda Creek, is a small but interesting place. Our farm is perched on a terrace above the mighty Fraser River which eventually reaches the Pacific Ocean at Vancouver, B.C. about 450 km downstream. We operate on a sustainable basis following organic production guidelines as closely as possible. Long summer days balance cool nights in helping us grow a great selection of vegetables, small fruits and a diverse orchard. We believe that local food has the best quality and taste to be found and appreciate your support for local farmers. Our products are sold at the farm gate and at Long Table Grocery. Our newest adventure is the culture of some excellent Apple Cider Vinegar using our own apples and the slow, ancient Orleans Method.
